Hi and welcome to my website!

I'm Kat and I am a person centred Counsellor, offering private therapy in Chorley, Lancashire, over the phone and online.

Life can be difficult to deal with at times and perhaps you have lost someone or are struggling with your self esteem and sense of self worth.

Losing someone is never easy and you might need some extra support to come to terms with what has happened and what you are experiencing. You might have lost your pet and might be struggling to adjust to life without them.

I will help you to talk through your feelings at your own pace in a safe space and together we will explore what your loss means to you and how you can move forwards.

You might be experiencing low self esteem and feel that you have lost your confidence. You might have a tendency to people please or find it difficult to make decisions or to communicate your needs. You might have gone through a difficult experience that has affected the way you see and feel about yourself.

I will help you to work through your feelings, to gain a better understanding of what is going on for you, to come to terms with past experiences and to build your confidence so that you can live the life you envision for yourself.

Please take a look around the other sections of my website which include a bit more information about me, the therapy I offer and what to expect as well as my contact details if you would like to arrange a free initial telephone call or an appointment.
